The bus arrival information can presented either in a list form or in a queue form. There are three readings beside the bus service plate, which represents the next bus, subsequent bus and third coming bus arrival time in minutes. When the bus is arriving in less than a minute, the reading will be displayed as “Arr” (Arriving). For bus terminal which the bus will be departing, it will be displayed as “Dep” (Departing) instead. If the bus is arriving in less than 30 seconds, the reading will be displayed as “Arr”/”Dep” in italic style. Please note that the timings are estimations provided by LTA and may not reflect the exact time the bus will arrive.

The colour of the reading indicates the load level of the bus. Green colour indicates that seats are available, yellow colour indicates that standing are available while red colour indicates that there are limited standing available.
The symbols besides each reading denotes the type of bus that is arriving. Vertically stacking squares denotes a double-decked bus. Single square denotes a single-decked bus. Horizontally stacking squares denotes an articulated bus. The wheelchair logo with a cross denotes that the bus is not wheelchair-friendly. Buses without the wheelchair with cross logo are wheelchair-friendly.

If you tap on the bus plate of the respective bus services, you can view more information on the bus and its arrival information.

The bus arrival tab indicates how far away the next bus is currently located. It displays the estimated number of stops the next bus is currently away and the number of minutes of arrival. The number of stops away provides an alternate judgement of how long you need to wait.

The bus location tab displays the actual location of the bus in a map about up to a minute ago. Note that the location is not a real time location and there is a delay of about up to a minute.

The bus schedule tab displays the timings of the first and last bus arriving at the bus stop and the frequency of arrival in minutes.

The bus route tab display the bus route from this stop onward. You can tap on the bus stop in the route to view other bus service/arrival information for the tapped bus stop.

The alert tab allows you to set alarms to notify you of the bus arrival and to notify you to alight when the bus is reaching your destination.
